These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GATI MITRA portal at gatimitra.org and all related services, applications and communications operated by Multicraft Digital Technologies Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing the portal or submitting an application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be an Indian citizen, 18 years or older, with valid KYC documents to apply as a GATI MITRA partner. Detailed eligibility is published on the Eligibility page and may be revised from time to time.
2. Application & Onboarding
- All information submitted in the application must be true, complete and current.
- Submission of an application does not guarantee selection as a partner.
- The Company reserves the right to accept, reject or cancel any application without assigning reason.
- Selected partners must execute the partner agreement and complete payment of the applicable enrolment/onboarding charges before activation.
3. Fees
Applicable enrolment, kit and service charges, if any, are displayed at the time of application. All fees are exclusive of GST unless otherwise specified. Fees are payable in Indian Rupees through the payment options enabled on the portal.
4. Use of the Portal
- You will not impersonate any person, use forged documents or submit false KYC.
- You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access, reverse engineer or disrupt the portal.
- You will keep your login credentials confidential; you are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You will not use the GATI MITRA name, logo or marketing material in a misleading manner or for unauthorised purposes.
5. Intellectual Property
The GATI MITRA brand, logos, scheme documents, training material, software, designs and content are owned by or licensed to Multicraft Digital Technologies Private Limited. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them only as expressly permitted in the partner agreement.
6. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access or partnership for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, misuse of the brand, non-compliance with KYC, or any conduct that brings the programme into disrepute. Termination provisions of the partner agreement shall apply for refunds, dues and recovery of programme assets.
7. Disclaimers
The portal and services are provided "as is". While we make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate, we make no warranty of uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. Scheme features, benefits and processes may change with notice on the portal.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of the portal shall not exceed the fees actually paid by you to the Company in the preceding 6 months. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors, officers and employees from any claim, loss, liability or expense arising out of your breach of these Terms, applicable law or any misrepresentation in your application.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer-protection laws, the courts at the registered office of the Company shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
11. Changes
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the portal after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
