Triple-Play services over public BharatNet infrastructure, delivered through a three-year partner programme.
Services Offered (Triple-Play)
- High-Speed Internet — Fibre-to-the-home broadband for households, shops and institutions.
- Voice / Telephony — Reliable IP-based voice services for individuals and businesses.
- IPTV — Premium IPTV content delivered over the same fibre connection.
Infrastructure
Services ride on the public BharatNet optical fibre backbone that connects Gram Panchayats across India. Gati Mitra extends this connectivity from the GP point to end customers through certified local last-mile operators coordinated by the GATI MITRA.
Partner Programme — GATI MITRA
- Contract Tenure: Three (3) years, renewable based on performance.
- Role: Ground coordination, local operator liaison and customer onboarding within the allocated Gram Panchayat.
- Revenue Share: 5% recurring share on qualifying customer revenue from the allocated GP.
- Benefit: Complimentary one-year premium broadband connection for the partner.
Onboarding Fee / ऑनबोर्डिंग शुल्क
A one-time setup micro-investment (subject to change in future implementation phases based on the selected partnership level and designation) is collected in two stages. This begins with a refundable ₹1,000 feasibility token to block your desired territory, followed by the remaining balance capital contribution required for your specific tier upon formal agreement signing. All commercial booking deposits and tier-specific milestone payments must be executed securely in the name of Multicraft Smartvision Pvt. Ltd., the official marketing and commercial wing of Multicraft Digital Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
Feasibility Survey / व्यवहार्यता जाँच: Our technical team checks infrastructure feasibility at your selected location within 3–4 working days. If the location is found non-feasible, your ₹1,000 token is fully refunded to your source account, and you will be given the option to choose a different territory within your tier.
✍️ Note on Cable Deployment (केबल बिछाने पर स्पष्टीकरण): Across all partner levels, you are not required to lay cables. Physical fiber deployment and cable-laying work are handled entirely by our certified Local Cable Operators (LCOs) who partner with Multicraft, or directly by the Multicraft technical engineering team in areas where we serve direct subscribers.
ऑनबोर्डिंग निवेश संरचना (Commercial Breakdown)
साझेदारी के विभिन्न स्तरों और पदों (Designations) के आधार पर निर्धारित किया गया वन-टाइम सेटअप निवेश (जो भविष्य के चरणों में बाजार की स्थितियों के अनुसार परिवर्तन के अधीन है) दो चरणों में लिया जाता है। इसकी शुरुआत क्षेत्र को सुरक्षित करने के लिए ₹1,000 के रिफंडेबल व्यवहार्यता टोकन से होती है, जिसके बाद तकनीकी जांच सफल होने पर अंतिम अनुबंध साइन करते समय आपके चयनित स्तर (Tier) की शेष बैलेंस राशि देय होती है। इस पोर्टल पर होने वाले सभी बुकिंग शुल्क और श्रेणी-अनुसार निवेश राशि का भुगतान मल्टीक्राफ्ट स्मार्टविज़न प्राइवेट लिमिटेड (Multicraft Smartvision Pvt. Ltd.) के नाम पर ही जमा किया जाएगा, जो कि मल्टीक्राफ्ट डिजिटल टेक्नोलॉजीज प्राइवेट लिमिटेड की आधिकारिक मार्केटिंग विंग है।
व्यवहार्यता जाँच (Feasibility Survey): हमारी तकनीकी सर्वे टीम आपके चुने हुए क्षेत्र की बुनियादी व्यवहार्यता की जांच 3–4 कार्य दिवसों के भीतर करती है। यदि वह क्षेत्र तकनीकी रूप से अनुपयुक्त (Non-Feasible) पाया जाता है, तो आपका ₹1,000 का टोकन बिना किसी कटौती के आपके मूल खाते में पूरी तरह रिफंड कर दिया जाएगा और आपको अपनी श्रेणी के अंतर्गत दूसरा क्षेत्र चुनने का विकल्प दिया जाएगा।
✍️ केबल बिछाने पर विशेष सूचना: पार्टनर के किसी भी स्तर पर, आपको ज़मीन पर फिजिकल केबल बिछाने का काम नहीं करना होगा। ऑप्टिकल फाइबर बिछाने और केबलिंग का काम पूरी तरह से लोकल केबल ऑपरेटर (LCO) का है जो मल्टीक्राफ्ट का पार्टनर है, या फिर जिन क्षेत्रों में मल्टीक्राफ्ट के डायरेक्ट सब्सक्राइबर्स हैं, वहां यह काम सीधे मल्टीक्राफ्ट की अपनी टेक्निकल इंजीनियरिंग टीम द्वारा संभाला जाता है।

Operational Roles & Responsibilities (उत्तरदायित्व)
Gram Mitra — GP Level Coordinator
- Interface with and onboard localized consumers within the village cluster.
- Provide ground-level coordination for cable routing and basic customer queries.
Circle Mitra — Cluster Manager
- Manage on-ground inventory (routers, fiber coils) across 5–10 adjacent villages.
- Organize hyper-local visual marketing (wall paintings, posters).
Block Mitra — Tehsil Enterprise Head
- Nurture, onboard, and support the network of Gram Mitras within the assigned block.
- Liaise with independent Local Cable Operators (LCOs) to maintain fiber rollout tracks.
District Mitra — Master Strategic Partner
- Drive macro-level policy execution, governance compliance, and CX parity across the district.
- Oversee bulk hardware logistics between corporate warehouse and block-level nodes.
Unified 4-Step Allotment Process
- Territory Selection & Intent Booking: Log in via verified mobile number. Navigate State ➔ District ➔ Block ➔ Circle ➔ Gram Panchayat and submit a refundable baseline survey token of ₹1,000 to lock the slot.
- Corporate Feasibility & Viability Audit: Our technical survey wing assesses backhaul proximity within 3–4 working days. If feasible, application is cleared for contract generation; if non-feasible, the ₹1,000 token is fully refunded or shifted to a neighboring open zone.
- Contract Execution & Financial Remittance: A formal commercial contract for the selected tier is generated; balance capital contribution must be cleared to activate exclusive rights. All remittances are executed in the name of Multicraft Smartvision Pvt. Ltd., the official marketing and commercial wing of Multicraft Digital Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
- Kit Dispatch & System Live Activation: Official corporate credentials, subscriber management portal logins, marketing kits, and complimentary connection provisions are dispatched immediately upon contract finalization.
